Terms of service
The agreement that governs your use of the SleekClassified marketplace.
Introduction
SleekClassified provides an online marketplace that allows registered users to buy and sell, communicate, and access related services. By creating an account or using the marketplace, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to create an account.
Our role
SleekClassified is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, we are not the seller, the buyer, the owner of listed products, the manufacturer, or the shipping provider, and we are not a party to any private transaction between users. We provide tools and a space; the deal is between the people who make it.
User accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that are created abusively, that misrepresent the user, or that break these Terms.
User eligibility
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a country where such use is permitted. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to buy or sell. Certain categories of users — such as dealers, breeders or professional sellers — may have additional requirements under our policies.
Listings
You are responsible for your listings. They must be accurate: honest titles, real photos, correct prices, truthful custom fields and the right category and location. You must have the legal right to sell what you list. Duplicate, misleading or keyword-stuffed listings are not allowed. We may remove listings that break these rules.
Transactions
You transact directly with other users. Verify what you are buying or selling, use safe payment methods, and meet in secure public places. We may provide optional payment or delivery features in the future; when we do, the terms for those features will be described before you use them.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the marketplace for fraud, scams, spam, illegal goods, stolen or counterfeit goods, harassment, abuse, or any manipulation of search results, reviews or offers. You may not create accounts to circumvent restrictions or security controls. See the Acceptable use policy for the full list.
User content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute that content on the platform and its channels where needed to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload does not violate the law or anyone's rights.
Suspension and termination
We may remove content or restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, or that put other members at risk. Where appropriate we will tell you the reason. You can stop using the service at any time; we describe what happens when you delete your account on the Account deletion page.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleekClassified is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that listings are accurate, items match their descriptions, or transactions will complete. We are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
