What is expected of every seller on SleekClassified.
Seller eligibility
Anyone who can form a legally binding contract may sell on SleekClassified, subject to our Terms. You must own the item or have the legal right to sell it, and you must be allowed to sell it in your area. Professional or high-volume sellers should follow the rules for business accounts where we offer them.
Accurate listings
Every listing must be truthful: correct category and location, real photos, honest description and custom fields, and an accurate price. See the Listing policy for details.
Communication
Respond to genuine enquiries promptly and courteously. Keep conversations on the platform so there is a record. Do not spam or pressure buyers.
Pricing
Set the price clearly. If you use an offer feature, honour agreed prices. Listing fees, where any apply, are shown before you publish.
Transaction conduct
Complete the sale you agreed to: right item, agreed price, reasonable handover. If you cannot, tell the buyer quickly. Do not inflate shipping or add hidden charges without stating them.
Prohibited behaviour
You may not misrepresent items, use misleading photos, list prohibited items, sell counterfeit goods, or scam, harass or manipulate buyers.
Refund responsibility
Sellers are responsible for resolving their own transactions, including refunds they agree to. SleekClassified is not a party to your deals unless a protected checkout feature states otherwise.
Listing removal
We may remove listings that break this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.
Seller verification
We may offer verification for sellers — such as phone or business verification. Verification is a signal of identity, not a guarantee of quality or authenticity.
