The rules every listing must follow.
What every listing needs
An accurate title that describes the item plainly. An honest description of condition, age, specs and any flaws. Real photos of the actual item — no stock photos passed off as the item. The correct price, category and location.
Ownership
Only list items you own or have the legal right to sell. Do not list items you have not yet received, speculative or reserve listings, or items you cannot deliver.
What is prohibited
Prohibited and restricted items are listed on their own pages. Duplicate listings, keyword stuffing, misleading claims and fake "free" or teaser prices are not allowed.
Custom fields
Fill custom fields truthfully — for pets this includes breed, age, gender and vaccination status. Incorrect custom fields can mislead buyers and are treated like any other form of misrepresentation.
Moderation
Listings may be reviewed automatically and by our team. Listings that break policy can be removed, and repeated violations lead to restricted or closed accounts.
Expiration
Listings may expire after a period and need refreshing. You will be notified so you can repost if the item is still available.
