What you can report
A scam or attempted fraud (suggested: fake payment, phishing, advance payment); harassment or threats; a prohibited or restricted listing; a pet welfare concern (animal cruelty, illegal wildlife, unsafe rehoming); identity theft or impersonation; or anything else that feels wrong.
How to report
Use the report button on the listing, profile or message thread — it sends us the exact context. For detailed reports, use the contact form and choose "Safety & abuse". Include what happened, who was involved, and screenshots or references where possible.
What happens next
Our team reviews reports in priority order. Urgent welfare and safety cases are fast-tracked. We keep your identity private from the reported user where practical, and we act within our policies — usually content removal, account action, or referral to authorities for serious cases.
Retaliation
Retaliating against someone for reporting is itself a violation of our Community guidelines and may result in account action.
