Buyer policy
How buyers should behave — and how to protect yourself.
Your responsibility
As a buyer you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and honestly: genuine enquiries, no time-wasting or harassment, and no attempts to deceive sellers about items, payments or delivery.
Verifying listings
Listing details are provided by sellers. Verify what matters to you before paying — condition, authenticity, compatibility, history and price. Ask questions through messages.
Communicating with sellers
Communicate politely and on the platform. Agree on the price, meeting place and handover terms in writing before you commit.
Safe transactions
Meet in safe public places, inspect the item, and only pay through methods you trust. Never pay deposits or gift cards to unseen sellers, and never share OTP codes or passwords.
Reporting fraud
If you are being scammed or suspect fraud, stop contact and report it immediately through the report button or the Report abuse page. Provide messages and evidence; this helps us act and protect others.
Payment safety
Use secure payment methods and keep records. Where we offer protected checkout, use it. Do not send money in ways that cannot be traced or reversed.
Reviews
Leave honest reviews based on real experience. Do not review before the transaction, and do not use reviews as a threat or a bribe. See the Reviews policy.
