What we accept
Government or law-enforcement requests; court orders and subpoenas; legal notices; copyright take-down notices (see the Copyright page); trademark complaints (see the Trademark page); and privacy requests (see the Data request page).
How to send
Use the contact form and choose the matching topic, or write to [email protected]. Include the legal basis, the specific content or data in question, and your organisation and jurisdiction. For court orders, attach the order.
What we do
We review requests carefully and respond lawfully. We do not comply with requests that lack a proper legal basis, and we push back on overly broad demands. Where local law lets us, we notify affected users before disclosing their data.
Verification
We verify the identity and authority of anyone making a request before responding. We do not publish private contact details on this page to keep the channel safe from abuse.
Processing time
We respond within the window the law allows and will confirm receipt promptly. Routine processing takes time; urgent and clearly lawful requests are prioritised.
